Product Trainer - Education (3-8 yrs)
Position : Education and Product trainer
Work location : Chennai
Experience : 3 to 8 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Product Analysis:
- Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training material.
- Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitor's products.
Training :
- Plan, create, organize, develop, edit, design training materials/other materials & Conduct internal and external training & surveys
- Promoting the products through training to reach the Distributors ensuring prior sales of all the products
Marketing Plan :
- Prepare product analysis and marketing plan for current and future project, making digital marketing plan for products training.
- Assist planning, analyzing and execute in company's marketing, advertising strategies
Event Management :
- Coordinating new Product Launch works and their marketing tools.
Qualification: B.Tech, B. Pharma and B.sc ( Science background only)
Industry : FMCG, Pharma and Health and wellness
