Product Trainer - BFSI (2-10 yrs)
Graduate
- Minimum 2 to 3 experience
- BFSI domain experience is preferable
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills, as well as be proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Conduct refresher sessions to improve/maintain the CORE skills of the Customer Service CSRs on the operations
- Preparing and designing Training Materials
- Generates training reports
- Coordination with different LOBs in preparation for TNA
- Feedback and session to conduct as per the requirement
- Login and take calls for 2 hours in a week.
- Throughput target as defined One 97.
- BQM program to be performed as defined by PPBL.
- Nesting Compliance.
