Product Sales Trainer - Inside Sales - Education (5-10 yrs)
Training :
- Create a product training program for new joinees
- Executes training programs and ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of the Training.
- Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and ensures that Sales is calibrated for the said role
- Developing testing and evaluation procedures.
- Conferring with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on Programs, changes, and other factors.
- Developing and organizing training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials
- Analysing training needs to develop new training programs or modifying and improving existing programs.
- Conducting refresher training
- Conducting / Mentoring the employees who are in Performance Improvement Plan
Quality :
- Responsible for monitoring calls
- Responsible for preparing and providing feedback to Admissions Counsellors
- Data analysis and making designated reports/decks
- Communication to heighten awareness and focusing on importance of positive customer experience
- Making recommendations and driving improvement
- Ensuring that internal policies, procedures, and compliance regulations are being followed
- Identifying operational / training issues and helping team in fixing these gaps.
What we are looking for?
- Advanced knowledge of MS products, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical Able to analyse data and draw insights
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Relevant experience of 6-8yrs.
- Preferred Industry - BPO specially who have sales product training experience
