Product Sales Role - IT (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., online research, cold calling, social media).
- Building Relationships : Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at prospect and customer companies.
- Understanding Customer Needs : Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer challenges and identify how your solution can add value.
- Product Demos and Presentations : Deliver compelling and effective product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and use cases that resonate with customer needs.
- Negotiating and Closing Deals : Develop and present competitive proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Customer Onboarding : Guide and support new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing their experience.
- Building Long-Term Relationships : Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Reporting and Analysis : Track sales metrics, analyze customer data, and report on activity and performance to contribute to the overall sales strategy.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving sales goals.
- Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of your assigned SaaS product and its functionalities.
- Comfortable conducting engaging and informative product demos.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
