Job Description :

Roles and responsibilities would include

- Develop products (cash tables, tournaments, loyalty programs etc.) and promotions that differentiate us from others in the market, including strategic communication

- Communicating the value of new products to internal teams to develop and facilitate the selling and support process

- Be responsible for end to end Customer Lifecycle Management in order to increase Customer Lifetime Value

- Be a leader with insights using a combination of behavioral data analyses and member research/insights

- Increase ARPU and profitability through effective segmentation, targeting and use of analytics

- Reduce churn and increase retention rate through effective promotion strategies

- Establish timescales for project and manage the introductions of new products

- Delivering a great experience to the customer and drive technology/feature roadmaps based on insights from customers and the market

- Competition research and react where appropriate, fill product gaps

- Market intelligence - be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them

- Demand generation - develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your products

- Work with the brand team to create marketing promotions, content and reduce cost of customer acquisitions

- Managing budgets and improving key metrics of the product

The prerequisite for the role is

- passion for the game of poker

- A degree from a premier institute

- Analytics experience / comfortable use of numbers

- Product Management experience preferably in FMCG, telecom, or any fortune 500 company

Qualification: MBA

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
