Product Manager - Therapeutic Area Cardiology (5-8 yrs)
Job Description
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create an annual and long term insights driven brand plan/portfolio plan with the involvement as appropriate of all key stakeholders.
- Ensure optimal use of the planned promotional support budget to deliver on the top line and bottom line of the brand / portfolio.
- Communicate and align local marketing and sales teams to implement the marketing programs.
- Coordinate the execution of brand strategy for Product.
- Conduct market insight to answer key questions posed by the brand/portfolio.
- Drive product and brand extensions to properly enhance the coverage of the category and brands.
- Drive new brand launch plans within assigned group of products and define roll- out priorities.
- Plan for Rewards & recognition, create team development platforms
- MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Graduation in any stream. Preferably B.Pharma with MBA in Marketing.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE/TRAINING REQUIRED:
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, handling brands
- Experience in Cardio metabolic is an added advantage
COMPETENCIES/ATTRIBUTES/SKILLS
- Knowledge of Therapeutic Area Cardiology
- Experience with prescription market
- Marketing and sales
- Good marketing acumen with problem solving
