Senior PM/Chief Manager
Domain:
- Has worked on savings and lending product
- Have knowledge of partner selection, onboarding and managing product relationship
- Has worked on B2C and/or B2B products
- Has worked with technology, compliance, legal and partnership teams
Key responsibilities :
- Gathering business requirements and creating the functional spec
- Prioritization of features and issues
- Mapping user journey and detailed wire framing/prototyping
- Writing user stories and grooming those with design and engineering teams.
- Ensuring all deliverables are met on time and with expected quality.
- Certifying the product in terms of quality, performance and design requirements.
- Planning GTM and ensuring adoption.
- Ownership of all product deliverables like documentation, UAT cases, marketing collaterals, release trainings, external debriefings.
- Work cross-functionally to manage trade-offs, manage dependencies, drive organizational alignment, and maximize business value.
- Define, measure and monitor key metrics and use the same to drive the customer experience roadmap
