Product Manager - Sales - Online Mutual Fund (5-10 yrs)
Leading Broking Firm (Lower Parel) looking for : Product manager
Key Activities / Accountabilities
1. Tie up with manufacturers for various financial product
2. Negotiation of commercials
3. Driving sales force i.e. subbrokers as well as direct teams for increasing sales of the product
4. Desigining contests for rewarding subbrokers / direct teams
5. Setting up processes and liasioning with other departments to ensure seamless logging of sales
6. Making the products available on online platform as well as mobile application in co-ordination with other departments
7. Maintaining relationships with subbrokers / manufacturers / banks etc.
8. Arranging training to subbrokers / direct teams in co-ordination with manufacturers or on own
9. Meeting up regulatory / audit requirments in respect of the products and also supporting inspections from
the regulators and also ensuring timely submission of reports
Essential Educational & Experience Qualification
Qualification Needed : Graduation / Post Graduat
Max Ctc Off : 10 L
