Be part of a Dynamic Digital Forex Company building innovative Card products and Digital Platform in the Forex Space.
- Product Development & Management of PPI & Forex Multi Currency Prepaid Cards
- P&L responsibility for card products to deliver targeted growth and attain revenue targets
- Preparing MIS reports to measure product performance in various customer segments, analyse and create strategies for growth.
- Responsible for conducting market intelligence, research, competitor analysis and design
- Source and device ways to attract customers digitally and thus increase forex issuance and enhance customer digital channel experience
- Will work on various Marketing initiatives through the Branch Network & Digital Marketing.
- Manage relationship with internal stakeholders to drive Forex Prepaid cards sales growth through customer campaigns, R&R and provide related product support
- Coordinate product launch activities along with lead operational teams to ensure successful customer experience and readiness
- Digital transformation and integration with various platforms
- Building system level checks, control systems and compliance framework and work seamlessly with the various teams in terms of shaping the final product with necessary inputs and approvals from the various stakeholders.
