We required Pharma Product Management candidates for Product Manager Oncology at Pune.

Job Title : Product Manager

Department : Marketing (Speciality / Critical Care )

Location: Pune

Job Purpose : 


- Job exist to design & implement marketing strategies for the assigned oncology brand/s, brand building and thus generating business in macro & micro level to improve the market share and profitability of the assigned brand/s.

- Propose strategies to increase market sale size and penetration.

- Timely Submission of applicable Reports / Activity Strategy / Strategy Feedback.

Main Accountabilities : 

- Primary Responsibilities

- Brand strategy and roadmap

- Develop core positioning and messages for the brand

- Design & develop materials for establishing brand

- Positioning & messages

- Organizing activities like CME's and participation in conferences

- Training of sales team in association with Medical team

- Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals

- Analyze brand performance on regular basis

- Identify new product launch opportunities

- Special Tasks

- Writing of marketing SOP- s

- Participation in target & incentive setting

- Monitoring of KOL investment and analyzing ROI

- Help monitoring inventory and expiry management Plan and schedule customer calls as per the prescribed norms in order to improve & grow secondary sales.

- Timely Submission of applicable Reports / Activity Strategy / Strategy Feedback.

- Ensure follow of COC's & HR policies.

Experience and Qualifications : 

- B Sc. / B. Pharma with M.B.A (MKTG.).

- Minimum 6-8 yrs experience in marketing field with Super Specialty / Critical care exposure

- Preferably should be from the same segment with good communication.
