Job Description

- Be responsible for planning and conduct of all marketing activities, product management and new product introduction for the company.

- Salary Range & Benefits: 7-8 Lacs per annum

- Qualification and Experience: Post Graduate (Bsc/Msc) in Microbiology/biotechnology. Preferably MBA in sales and marketing, 5-6 years experience in product management/ scientific selling in Pharma industry

- Location : Pune

Roles and Responsibilities

- Formulation of the marketing strategy and marketing calendar in consultation with the sales head and the MD

- Formulation of annual marketing budget in consultation with the sales head and ensuring that all the marketing activities are conducted as per the calendar

- Product management to include specification of product criteria, possible target market and sales application

- Conduct of CMEs and informing sales team and target customers about the product.

- Preparing Leaflets, Product labels & Product presentations in line with scientific relevance

- Design creation & communication of sales collaterals and comparison with competitor

- Tracking of product wise sales and suggesting actions to improve sales in a specific product or product category
