Role Requirement:
Candidate should be catering to FGD market in Public & Private sector exclusively. Candidate should possess market knowledge and should be familiar with customers operating in the segment. Candidate needs to possess experience having demonstrated leadership qualities.
Key Result Areas: -
- Spell out market initiative and execute the same in time bound manner.
- Conduct seminars, participate in exhibitions and carry out marketing activities to generate business leads.
- Market research & Penetration into various markets & applications.
- Achieve Order booking target within set gross margin for defined territory.
- Registrations & Approvals from Consultants/OEMs.
- Build a team and Maintain a healthy team atmosphere.
- Ensure travel expenses and other marketing expenses for team are within budget.
- Prepare MIS/executive summary on monthly basis to submit to steering committee/top management.
- Cost approval for project bid to be made for each project inline to the limit set by the management.
- Follow-up for outstanding payments/recovery.
- Recruit, build and Train- team with technical and soft skills.
Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
