Product Manager - Life Insurane (4-5 yrs)
Product Management
- Product analysis for Management, Sales & other key stakeholders giving updates on all existing and new products (can be category specific as well) - performance based and improvement in product performance after enabling through various sales support initiatives.
- Product Knowledge
a. Qualitative Product Analysis
b. Sales Team - Prepare a comparative reports on own products vs. competition along with sales pitch, presentations and reading material
c. Sales Team - Strengthen the sales force through updates on insurance concepts
d. Ensure query resolution of existing products
- Conducting governance councils/control forums for initiatives
Product Benchmarking
a. Insight into competitor strategies for entering new segments/product range
b. New Product Comparison
c. Track on Regulatory Change
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4+ years experience in Insurance domain with experience in Products/Sales/Marketing functions
- Should have prior experience working in cross functional projects/ assignments
- Exposure in driving sales agenda/efficiencies with an orientation towards target achievement would be a plus
- Insurance domain knowledge,
- Updated with the Insurance products and regulations.
- Efficient in handling MS Office, (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
- Knowledge of backend operations processes
