- Prepare & Execute Annual Marketing Communications Calendar, Gantt chart.
- Budgeting & preparing monthly expense Plan.
- Ensuring Brand communication across all the mediums in accordance with Brand guidelines
- Co-ordination with Media agency & Creative agency for development of briefs, advertising & communication material.
- Planning and Execution of on Shop Visibility, Develop Retail communication plan, visual merchandise.
- Planning and Execution of BTL viz Exhibition, Product Launch, Canter Activity, Dealer Meet & Seminar.
- Plan, Print & Control POSM.
- Co-ordination with PR Agency to prepare brief, monitor campaign performance.
- Managing online Marketing campaigns by way of marketing tools like EDM, on-line banner
- Making Marketing Presentations and Training Manuals for appropriate forums.
