Product Manager - BFSI (5-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Manage Budgets and prepare various data cuts / financial analysis reports . Understanding of Product P&L .
2. Initiate Product ideas and review of ongoing features/ benefits tailored for each target segment
3. Able to analyze the current portfolio trends
4. To carry out process improvement projects to improve ease of doing business and enhance customer experience
5. Creation of actionable insights for respective product lines on a regular basis
6. Designing sales support strategies for business development
7. Ensuring coordination between various departments
8. Continually review existing product range, offerings, processes and sales channels to develop suggestions for improvements
9. Directing /preparing weekly/ monthly MIS for measurement of performance
10. Preparing the presentation for senior management, manufacturers and different other stakeholders.
11. Leveraging existing database for differential product offering
12. Leveraging on technology for customized business needs
Requirements :
1. Any Graduate with minimum 5 years of exp as a Product Manager
2. Strong understanding of Banking and Financial services products.
3. Good Communication Skills
