Educational qualification: MBA (Finance or Marketing)

Work experience:

- Around 3 years to 6 years of relevant work experience as a Product Manager with BFSI industry preferably under Wealth Management Department

- Should be able to tie-up for various third party products like MFs, PMS /AIF, FDs, Bonds, Insurance, etc.

- Should be good in maintaining records, business MIS, etc.

- Should have experience of conducting product training, periodic assessment, etc.

Job profile:

- To get all necessary tie-ups done for various third party products like MFs, PMS /AIF, FDs, Bonds, Insurance.

- Maintain the various records of tie-ups, brokerage structure, business MIS, Brokerage received/ receivable.

- Timely renewal of various agreements, brokerage structures.

- Supporting Client servicing team for any details required from the manufacturers.

- Arranging regular product notes, updates, new products and sharing with the team.

- Arranging regular training sessions for the employees, awareness session for clients, one on one session for HNI /UHNI clients.

- Maintaining the records of all training sessions, certification of Team for periodic assessment and review by Management.

Skills require:

- Relationship Building and sales management

- Client servicing and sourcing skill

- Analytic and problem solving skill

- General computer skills: MS Office, Access, VBA

- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Should be Accurate and responsible

CTC: Rs 4.00 lpa to Rs 5.0 lpa (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualification)
