- Ability to work with large teams and drive product development
- Strong influencing and communication skills both internally and with external partners
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and introduce affordable housing products as per demand of the
local markets where we operate.
- Drive the business of affordable housing products by launching various incentive schemes.
- Provide all necessary support to sales team to complete business targets.
- Undertaking projects to identify gaps in processes and initiate corrective action wherever
required, including improvement in end-to-end login-to-disbursement turnaround time
- Driving digital penetration of customers through various initiatives and projects
- Enhance the data collection process with some validations to reduce the overall TAT
- Competition benchmarking to understand market & Pricing Strategies
- Managing Third Party Product - Tie Ups & Product Deal in terms of Pricing & Benefits
- Maintains critical MIS for the management and take corrective action wherever required.
- Tie-up with builders (APF) for increased visibility and mobilizing business.
