Product Advisor - Outbound Calling - Matchmaking Solutions (6-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Handling telephonic and walk-in enquiries at the centre
- Making outbound calls to members / other enquiry database and offering them matchmaking solutions
- Following the defined sales process to convert Enquiries into members
- Recording all the details of the enquiries in the specified format and entering them into system
- Making required number of calls for following up with Enquiries which are not converted
- Interfacing with walk-in customers, explaining to them features of company and converting them to Premium Membership
