- Maintaining customer support mechanisms.
- Assist with the Onboarding & Training of a client.
- Setting up a reporting mechanism and sending daily reports to the Manager
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Update product knowledge on an ongoing basis.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant customer support experience
- Good communication skills( English, Hindi)
- Excellent People management skills
- Willingness to learn and enhance own development by taking responsibility for staying informed and up to date with industry knowledge
- Experience in MS Office
