Process Trainer - Education (4-6 yrs)

Our Client is looking for an innovative trainer to design training programs for employees who need more corporate training. The trainer is responsible for ensuring that new employees receive onboarding training to prepare them for their role.

To be successful as a trainer, you must be observant and have excellent analytical skills. A good trainer is able to use alternative teaching methods to cater to various individuals.

Responsibilities

- Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company

- Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results

- Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the senior management

- Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs and resolve any training-related issues if they arise

- To regularly plan and hold coaching and feedback sessions with employees.

- To design, create and deliver development training programs.

- To evaluate and measure training activities, effectiveness and publish reports periodically.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree

- 4+ years of experience as an Training and Development Officer or a similar role

- Excellent analytical, probing, presentation and coaching skills.

- Ability to learn and consistently improve on performance.

- Experience in content development.

- Evaluate and measure training activities, effectiveness and publish reports periodically.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong research, organizational, and planning skills

- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
