Responsibilities:

- Responsible for business process manuals and handling queries from clients and team members

- Providing efficient services to the customers and handling their complaints

- Coordinating workflows with the operational team members

- Managing the teams in the absence of team manager

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in servicing

- Minimum graduation (in any stream) is a must

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Excellent Process Knowledge in Servicing

- Good analytical and problem solving

- Competent in using MS Office Excel / Power point
