Roles and Responsibilities
- To handle clients & internal stakeholders based in UK
- Handling client enquiries, escalations etc.
- Preferred if having Experience in UK Voice/US Voice or Blended Process
- Should be having excellent oral & written communication skills with neutral accent
Other Details
Salary Details- 18-22K Monthly In hand+ PF+ Medical+ Cab Facility
Shift Timings- 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM or 1:30PM to 10:30PM (Day light Saving)
Cab Facility Available
Working Day- Monday to Friday Fix
