Position : ISR (Inside Sales Representative)

Location : Gurgaon (Work From Office)
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through email, cold calls, social media, database marketing, etc.
- Connect with the CXO level and departmental heads to identify the need for Process9 services.
- Set appointments and follow up on leads.
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals
- Route qualified leads to the sales team for further development.
- Providing introductory level product and service information of the company's offerings.
- Able to answer any initial questions a potential customer may have.
Skills Required :
- Excellent verbal, written, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to do cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn research and maintain the database.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Gmail.
- Strong time management skills and highly passionate about Marketing and Sales.
- Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, internally and externally.
- General knowledge of the IT Software industry and SaaS Industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions.
