Probus Insurance Broker - Training Manager (1-6 yrs)

Ahmedabad/Bangalore/Delhi/Gujarat/MP/Mumbai/Punjab Job Code: 250615

Purpose - The jobholder is responsible for developing, training and assuring licensing of FLS and POSP in order to achieve the desired sales / revenue objectives, primarily through Life Insurance / GI and SME

Main Priorities: 

Design and develop various training modules

Basic product trainings (all empanelled products),

Process training,

Financial planning modules,

Modules for skill development - emotional selling, etc,

Basics of sales - right from prospecting, appointment seeking, appointment to closure calls and telephone pitches.

Licensing

Will be responsible to ensure that all POSP undergo and clear mandatory trainings directed by IRDA.

Field level Involvement

The entire training unit has to support Regional

Business on : 

- POSP Recruitment

- Licensing

- Training

- Activation

Man Management & Monitoring of team :

Help achieve high level of professional standards amongst the FLS by training them regularly on Insurance & allied products, prescribed sales processes etc. for continuous Lead generation Morning huddles and Skill builders on a daily basis with the team of Unit Heads.

Ensure a healthy and high performing unit with low attrition rates.

Key Roles & Responsibilities : 

Responsible to ensuring that the FLS and POSP's come up the curve on all training programs developed

Responsible for developing, training along with NTH

Ensure that the mandated training programs are conducted as prescribed by the vertical at prescribed time

Result in making more individual advisors to turn professional planners - i.e., the future of the financial services industry.

Ensuring that the Training and Sales teams respect and fulfill all departmental reporting requirements.

Working on / along, on weak areas of underperforming FLS

Maintaining relationships with all regional stakeholders.

Ensuring regular licensing updates to all stakeholders.

Maintain high level of integration with the sales teams in the entire sales process.

This is to be achieved by training all the stakeholders on all the sales metrics + sales cycle.
