Pro Test - Sales Associate (0-2 yrs)
Job Description:
- Develops new accounts by marketing company's solutions.
- Generates lead from select contact database through cold calling and other sales techniques.
- Qualifies leads and transitions to the appropriate Inside Sales Manager.
- Follow up with customers via telephone to assure satisfaction, respond to queries and solicit further sales.
- Demonstrates a high level of communication and teamwork with operational and sales teammates.
- Performs campaign blitz as determined by managers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- This role will have targets in terms of number and quality of meetings fixed and business closures.
Skills and Experience
- Has a bachelor's degree.
- 6months to 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
- Outbound calling sales experience is a plus.
- An enthusiastic, outgoing, detail-oriented individual who has the ability to be flexible while working in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Able to effectively work with multiple levels and across all functional areas within an organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
