- She was the Keynote Speaker: Indian Medical Association - National Women's Conference 2019.

- She is an impaneled coach in ONGC Training Programs and an impaneled guest speaker with Kotak Mahindra Bank.

- She has over 2200+ clients across 28 cities and 3 countries.

- Her forte lies in coaching people to release fears, limiting beliefs and thoughts, dismantling childhood roots of trauma -and abuse, and mental noise by re-wiring the conscious mind and reprogramming the subconscious mind.

- We are looking for Business Development Executive with 1-2 years of experience in Customer Sales/ Online Marketing to join our team.

- If you- re a tech-savvy trendsetter who has innovative ideas to increase customer base and signups, we would like to meet you.

- Ultimately, you should be able to effectively connect our brand with our online customers.

Responsibilities :

1. Manage customer responses and online sales

2. Build strong clients relationships through social media, email & telephonic interaction

3. Work on online business development of target customer segments

4. Work on assistance on social media

5. Execute and implement marketing plans in line with our overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand building activities, mid-term lead generation and nurturing, as well as quick wins to achieve targets

6. Manage customer responses and online sales. Build strong clients relationships through social media, email & telephonic interaction

7. Keep up-to-date with our audience's preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns

Requirements :

1. Proven work experience in Customer Sales/ Online Marketing for 1-2 years

2. Demonstrated ability to adapt content and written communications to different formats such as product, web, mobile, email, social media.

3. Nice to have basic video editing skills

4. Excellent verbal and written communication

5. Authentic: has personally walked a mental health / mental wellness journey ( eg therapy, counselling, personal growth work)

6. Genuine: understands service and has an inclination to serve others

7. Communication: sales and persuasion + warmth is the top priority

8. Social media: skills

9. Attitude: Respect and Gratitude

10. Positive Mindset: someone who believes in themselves

11. Discipline: since this is a remote WFH role
