Prione is offering the position of Sales Associate- Franchisee Management.

- As a City Lead - Franchise Management with Prione, you will be responsible for identifying new franchisees in selected tier 2/3 cities. You will be training the franchise in Amazon's sales and services guidelines. You would also guide them on a day to day basis and ensure that they follow Amazon/Prione processes and policies. You would also be responsible for managing the performance of franchisee and ensure that they are delivering the expected MFN and FBA launches. You will be reporting into the Regional/ Central Franchisee Manager. 


- This role is critical to Prione's strategy in 2016-17 and is a great opportunity to be part of a new entrepreneurial franchisee team solving challenging problems as Prione expands to tier 3 and 4 cities.

- The ideal candidate will have ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, deliver results under time constraints, execute repeatable processes and have good English language skills. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be comfortable dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. The role will require local travel.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Understand the Prione Franchisee value proposition and be able to identify prospective investors in Tier 2/3 cities who meet the eligibility criteria.

- Understand the steps involved in the franchisee launch process and facilitate franchisee launch.

- Understand products and services offered by Prione/Amazon and be able to train the franchisee sales and service associates on it.

- Guide franchise in identifying valuable sellers and selection for Prione services.

- Establish long-term partnerships with franchisee management and team for delivering results.

- Own and manage integration of portfolio of sellers being launched through franchisee channel and ensure that they are getting trained by the franchisee as per our expectation.

- Track and monitor performance of franchisee on a day to day basis.

- Ensure that the franchisee is launching the sellers as per their weekly and monthly targets.

- This position is based out of Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore and will require travel to franchisee locations for one time training.

Prior Experience and skills:

- More than 1+ years of experience in Prione sales or e-commerce vendor onboarding

- Overall 4+ years of experience required

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred

- Passion and ability to manage third party service provider

- Passion for e-commerce is required.

- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.

- Experience in prospecting, product presentations, negotiation and influencing third party service providers.

- Proven ability to manage the business - by the numbers- . Must be metrics-driven.

- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.

- Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors is desirable.

- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
