Job Purpose :

- Understand products and services offered by Amazon and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences.

- Evaluate seller readiness by doing pre-launch audit calls

- Prepare daily reports for the consumption of Prione leaders and 3rd party vendors

- Solve day to day operational issues faced by Prione's 3rd party seller acquisition partners

- Solve the issues faced by sellers and help them make changes in their Amazon online account

- Reach out to sellers and persuade them for getting desirable outcome

- Track and monitor performance of seller to ensure their success on the online business platform

Prior Experience and skills :

- More than 1+ years of experience in sales

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred

- Able to multi-task and followup with multiple stakeholders to get the desired results

- Should be able to do repeatable operations task efficiently

- Well versed with Microsoft excel

- Well versed and comfortable in working on online platforms/softwares

- Passion for e-commerce is required.

- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer and 3rd party interaction.

- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.

- Experience working with SME retailers and 3rd party vendors is an advantage.

- Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage.

- Experience of sales in nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets is desired.
