Where does this role fit into Altor :

The incumbent of the role will establish leadership in one or more business lines / practice areas to drive long term sustainable product offerings. She / He will be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage P&L for Digital Technology and Analytics practice for the company

- New client acquisition in the Digital Technology and Analytics space

- Nurture existing client relationships to generate additional business and partner with them on strategic projects.

- Play an advisory role for the clients on the context of people search strategy at CXO levels

- Network and build relationship with industry leaders

- Identify prospect for practice build-outs and retained search mandates proactively from the current and potential clients

- Ensure revenue booking and billing targets are met or exceeded.

- Set-up and build the practice for Altor

- Build the practice through identification and acquisition of clients in the practice area with a focus on Fin-Tech space

- Establish domain expertise and instill the pursuit of the same in the team under.

- Work on productisation of practice offerings to rapidly answer the clients- needs

- Train and groom team under to be process oriented and execute projects effectively under the practice

- Develop practice specific thought leadership through various IPs and market insights including industry reports, projects etc.

- Contribute towards building the Altor of tomorrow

- Drive the institution building exercise in Altor by actively leading internal projects from the front

- Be a coach for the team to inculcate an environment of shared learning

Competencies and Soft Skills :

- 5 - 12 years of rich experience preferably in the executive search industry / digital technology

- Entrepreneurship Zeal : The incumbent has to be a self-starter with sharp business acumen and excellent relationship management

- Ownership : Has the ability to drive the practice, teams and relationships on his own with minimal guidance

- Solution and Process oriented : tackles problems head on in a structured fashion and channels the attitude, time and energy to surface solutions

- Quality and Excellence driven : strives to provide quality throughout the relationships and excellence in the results throughout the processes.
