Princeton Hive - Telecalling/Insides Sales Role (2-3 yrs)

We (US-based Edtech AL ) are looking for passionate, creative, hands-on, and experienced sellers who can help prospective and current customers understand our offerings and take the next best action in the Sales lifecycle.

Required Skills:

a.) Top-notch communication. This role will interact with people in the USA. English speaking skills should be flawless

b.) A passionate counselor with a minimum of 2+ years of sales experience

c.) K to 12 Education industry background preferred

d.) Extremely creative and a go-getter.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth conversion of subscribers to customers ensuring best conversion rates throughout stages of sales lifecycle of a lead

- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system

- Day to day calling, generating sales/subscriptions and revenue for the company

- Run Lead Generation and Partnership Campaigns with Public, Private Schools and Afterschool institutes

- Run Cold Calling campaigns

- Manage CRM and Sales data, reports, and End to End Sales automation

- Run Weekly Business Reviews to give metrics to Management.

- Ensuring customer delight for all the parent's pre and post-sales.

- Work from home and Top-notch pay based on experience

- This is a Regular Shift

- Prior experience in K to 12 Education industry from companies like Byju's, Aakash, Vedantu, Whitehat jr, Princeton Education, etc will be preferred.

- Seamless internet connectivity and a laptop/desktop is a must with the candidate

- Work from home profile so you can be from any location in India.
