Presales Solution Lead - Retail/CPG/Manufacturing Domain (8-15 yrs)

Our client is one of the leading provider of Information Technology Services looking to hire Presales Solutions Lead for CPG / Retail and Manufacturing verticals.

Responsibilities:

- Handle the presales process end to end for CPG /Retail /Manufacturing Industry domain for IT services

- Bid Management

- Engage will relevant teams for the solution

- Pricing

- Domain knowledge in Retail/CPG or Manufacturing is a must in IT Industry

- Engage/collaborate with global sales team to understand the customer requirements and create new sales pitch

- Work with Account managers to create proactive pitches /proposals

- Conduct market research for prospects and build focused pitches

- Build GTM solution/offerings in alignment with technology teams/service lines

- Good Understanding of SDLC processes

- Understand various estimation models - WBS, FP, Agile

- Understand various pricing models - FP, T&M, outcome based

- Understand various implementation models - waterfall, iterative, agile

- Own proposal responses end to end

- Able to solution architect in at least 2-3 specific areas - AMS, SAP, Managed Services or Digital

- Participated in proposal presentations to customers

- Ability to lead proactive workshops with customer teams to shape demand

- Ability to create elevator pitches and POVs

Desired Profile:

Experience: 8 - 12 years

Domain: Retail/CPG/Manufacturing

- Should have played the role of an architect/business analyst/project manager in IT industry prior to pre-sales, with minimum 5 years in presales role in IT industry

- Support marketing teams to launch new offerings, domain specific campaigns and industry event preparations

- Manage knowledge repository - reusable artifacts, case studies and sales presentations

- Must have global client facing experience.
