Presales Role - IT (2-4 yrs)
- Assisting sales team in product solutioning by creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements.
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP's.
- Working closely with the engineering team by providing feedback from clients about product requirements to them and creating product roadmaps.
- Assisting marketing team by educating them about the current and new product features.
- Helping customer success team in client renewals as and when required
