Job Description :

- Interact with potential customers and collaborate with the sales team to understand their specific manufacturing needs and requirements.

- Provide expert guidance and solutions to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of our manufacturing capabilities and offerings.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

Possess in-depth knowledge of our manufacturing processes, technologies, and capabilities.

- Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and manufacturing plans.

- Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions.

- Prepare and deliver compelling pre-sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

- Assist the sales team in generating accurate quotes, estimates, and pricing for potential projects.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions that align with customer expectations.

- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from the pre-sales phase to the production phase.

- Create project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the operations team.

Ensure that all pre-sales commitments and expectations are met throughout the manufacturing process.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.

- Contribute to the development of new product or service offerings based on market demands.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Business).

- 3-8 years of experience in a manufacturing or pre-sales role.

- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and capabilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.

- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is a plus.

- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events as per business needs.
