Presales Professional - Extra Low Voltage Sector (2-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions for CCTV, security systems, access control, and fire alarms.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients, showcasing system capabilities and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and implementation plans.
- Respond to technical inquiries from clients and provide expert guidance on product features and capabilities.
- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and solutions.
- Assist in conducting site assessments to determine client needs and system specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to provide valuable insights to clients.
Skills Required :
- Strong understanding of CCTV, security systems, access control, and fire alarm technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to clients.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales role, preferably in the security systems industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in security systems or project management are a plus.
