Job Description :
Play a crucial role in the sales process by providing technical expertise and support to sales team and prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with our consultants to understand client requirements and develop compelling solutions that align with their needs.
- This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Consultation : Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical guidance and recommendations on how our solutions can address their business challenges.
- Solution Design : Collaborate with the sales and consulting teams to design customized solutions that meet client requirements and align with our service offerings.
- Product Demonstrations : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions, effectively articulating value propositions to potential clients.
- Requirements Gathering : Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, pain points, and objectives, translating them into actionable solutions.
- Proposal Development : Assist in the development of proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Proof of Concept (PoC) Support : Lead or support the implementation of proof of concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our solutions.
- Technical Support : Provide ongoing technical support and assistance to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, addressing client inquiries and technical concerns.
- Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product development and sales strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA degree preferred.
- Fresher or proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role, preferably within the management consultancy or technology industry.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
