Presales Engineer - Engineering Industry (4-5 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution

2. Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed time frames

3. Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally

4. Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders

5. Create internal design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations

6. Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products

7. Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities

8. Perform technical development for solutions as part of a design and development frame work

9. Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and to technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm

10. Provide accurate and timely management information, to include - activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPIs Adhere to the Company's Quality and Business Processes

11. Bid Submission, Bid Life cycle Management, RFP, RFQ, EOI Response, GAP analysis, Costing for project, Lead management, Sales Support

12. Should have exposure to engineering industry.

13. Awareness on market analysis of the proposed product.

14. Must be a Team player and adaptive to the competitive market environment.

15. Should be able to offer solutions which suites to prevailing market trends related to customer.should be quick to offer alternative project execution options to client.

16. Should be able to scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.

17. Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support

18. Engineering experience Sales in a business-to-business, strategic customer segment with turnkey project supplier, technology supplier, project management firm.

19. Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered.

20. Should have idea about international market.
