Presales Consultant - Technical Solutions - Office Automation Brand (9-13 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- The primary function of the product & Solutions Manager is to work with our direct sales force (Channel & Key Accounts Manager), customers (distributors, resellers & end users) to understand their product support requirement & objectives.
- Work closely with the company's sales force, distributors, resellers & end users positioning how our solutions can meet customers need.
- Provide technical support to our system integrators, independent software vendors &other partners to integrate our hardware & software in to their solutions.
- Participate in government bid opportunities, working closely with sales managers, channel managers to analyse the bid specification to support & suggest the best product strategy to win the bid.
- Provide commercial and technical product/software training for internal sales team, distributors & key sellers.
