Presale Role - IT (12-18 yrs)
Candidate should have experience in GIS
- Independently drive end to end presales, technical solutions, response, and estimation on opportunities (RFI/RFP/RFQ)
- Proposal Writing for RFx (RFI/RFQ/RFP) and requirement gathering documentation(SOW).
- Solution Preparation as a well-structured and well-designed proposal to present a solution based on Customers Requirements.
- Should have experience in preparing presales documents (Proposals, Quotes, Emails, Brochures, Etc.).
- Responsible for Technical Credential alignment, Customer Presentation and Technical Coordination
- Assist Proposal Lead/Manager to create and manage a full cycle of IT Services and Solutions proposal development schedule from RFI/RFP release to proposal submission, ensuring all deadlines are met and action items are closed and completed in a timely manner.
- Utilize proposal templates; follow proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; keep proposal support databases up to date.
- Ensure submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with RFP requirements and editorial specifications, as well as corporate quality and branding standards.
- Write technology specific content for sales collateral, presentations, case studies, etc.
- Work closely with Technical team members for preparing estimates & commercial proposals.
- Solution Preparation as a well-structured and well-designed proposal to present a solution based on Customers Requirements.
- Assess the impact and feasibility of the solution from a business perspective while collaborating with the business and technical team.
