Job Description :

- Commissioning, Installation and Maintenance of baling machines & recycling machines in the specified zone in India as per planned volume.

- Submission of quarterly plan & reporting of requisition of machines & production.

- Ensuring procurement of desired quantity of baled material from the vendors as per agreement with them.

- Training to the vendors for producing quality material.

- Ensuring Compliance of EPR/Traceability norms at vendors- location.

- Selection and verification of vendors according to the given criteria.

- Managing regional heads and their respective team.

- Visit to each regional hub at least once in a month.

- Control Supply Chain of baled material as per plan from sales department.

- Ensuring transportation for inward and outward supplies.

- Implementation of mobile app for proper control over supply chain.

- Appropriate legal actions against defaulter vendors.

- Attend trade shows, workshops and on-boarding plastic recyclers, cement kilns

- Lead generation, cold calling, proposal submission, making presentations, negotiations and on- boarding brands for EPR targets fulfillment.

- Coordinating with recyclers for Purchase Orders, Supply, Payments & documentation

- Coordinating with internal team and achieving EPR Targets.

- On-boarding scrap aggregators, traders and source plastic scrap/material of various categories

- Expansion of business into new locations.

- Taking care of P& L and EPR targets of the zone.

- Collect and provide the required documents support to internal team for EPR filing

- Develop franchises, and aggregators and recyclers.

- Management of field operations including material collections, logistics, payments and certificates to clients.
