Business Development Executive

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, as well as presenting, promoting and selling our Solutions - Business Email Services and Cloud Instances.

You should be result driven, and excited about the idea of building an incredibly successful sales engine alongside a fast-growing team and evolving product. You will guide, help and provide complete and appropriate solutions to every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Position Responsibilities :

- Take 100% ownership for initial stages of sales development cycle: new business research, preliminary needs assessment/analysis and initial introduction and online product demonstrations

- Actively build, manage and report on sales pipeline build up.

- Collect in-depth prospect information for subsequent consultative sales stages

- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions

- Drive Organisation sales and benchmark results every month based on targets

- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails; ensure growing business funnel

- Drive Commercial discussions and closure

- Meet the monthly revenue target

- Do 4-5 meetings every day

Minimum Qualifications:

- Education Qualification (Mandatory) : BBA/MBA

- Preferable to have experience in handling New Client Acquisition, Business Development & Lead Generation in and around NCR region (Delhi / Noida / Gurgaon).

- 1-3 years of successful B2B field sales experience in IT, SaaS, Software Sales or related fields

Preferences:

- We strongly emphasize a consultative sales approach over "cold calling" approach

- Pro-active, organized, dependable with proven ability to work well in small team

- High Achievement orientation

- Execution Orientation. Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated proficiency in consensus and team building

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Flexibility to work the required hours / take calls after hours

- Should have his own conveyance
