Education : Graduates/Post graduates

Experience : 1-4 years in Banking/Insurance domain, CASA OR Current Account Acquisition experience will be preferred candidates.

Industry : Banking and Insurance

Requirements :

- Graduate or Postgraduate (in any field)

- Selling skills with a clear focus on acquiring new Current Accounts

- Presentable and Demonstrating Basic Etiquettes

- Fluent communication and a basic understanding of English

- Maximum Age Limit - 27 yrs

Job Description :

- To acquire customers for Current Accounts, Savings Account Products of the bank, from a pool of potential individuals, small businesses, trusts associations, societies, and corporates.

- To achieve and deepen business volume and numbers.

- To Cross-sell TPP like Insurance, Asset Products, etc.

- Responsible for Sourcing High-Value CA customers along with the entire Family Banking relationships.

- Penetration of Business Banking products like CMS/POS/Beat services to CA customers.

Key activities :

- Cold Calling

- Securing Appointments

- Understanding Customer's Occupation and Needs

- Introducing and Explaining Suitable Products

- Resolving Converted Customers Queries /Concerns
