Position Summary

The Retail Sales associate is responsible for all activities at the store in the absence of the assistant manager or store manager. His/her job description entails ensuring maximum sales by the store as well as excellent customer service in helping customers locate, select, and purchase products. He/she serves as the company brand representative, upholding the highest standards in carrying out daily functions.

- He/she is expected to take on higher responsibilities that may be assigned by the manager or assistant manager within the store.
