Job Role : Business Development Manager (Real Estate Leasing)
Responsibilities :
Business Expansion : Strategically identify and pursue new leasing opportunities within the commercial, retail, and industrial sectors in Chandigarh and surrounding areas.
Client Acquisition : Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, presenting tailored leasing solutions, and converting leads into successful lease agreements.
Market Analysis : Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas, providing strategic insights for business development.
Negotiation and Deal Closure : Lead negotiations, finalize lease agreements, and ensure favorable terms for both lessors and lessees, achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborative Teamwork : Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client on boarding, fostering communication between leasing, legal, and property management teams.
Reporting and Forecasting : Prepare detailed reports on business performance, market forecasts, and trends, contributing to informed decision-making and future growth strategies.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of one years of proven experience in real estate leasing, specifically within commercial, retail, or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition, and lease negotiation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in market research, analysis, and reporting.
