Manager, Inside Sales 


- Praxia is a tech enabled Indirect spend Group Purchasing Organisation that acts as a one stop shop to businesses for all their indirect spend needs such as laptops, office and warehouse supplies, packaging etc. The long term vision is to build deep capabilities in the aforementioned categories solving for customer purchase, post purchase and service experience.

- On the platform, businesses utilise their combined purchasing power across categories to get better pricing, access to credit and convenience of a single supplier (Praxia). Further, strategic sourcing enables vendors to maximize earnings, rotate inventory and extend their business line.

- Praxia is trusted by fast growing start-ups such as Fashinza, 1k Kirana, No Broker, Blu Smart, etc for their procurement needs. It is backed by leading investors and is well on the journey of 0 to 1. The founding team is IIM Ahmedabad and FMS Delhi alumni, and have worked in organisations such as PwC, Unilever, OfBusiness, UC & Amazon.

Job Description :

- We are growing at 40% month on month, and are looking to add high quality sales professionals to enable us to further scale up. We are looking for a talented and competitive leader who has the ability to accelerate the lead generation engine by relentlessly hunting for new leads through cold calling and warm call existing accounts in the pipeline.

- Over time, lead a team of inside sales specialists aimed towards achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilities :

- Chase new sales opportunities through outbound emails/cold calls/warm calls on a daily basis

- Assist Sr Manager in creating a demand forecast plan for the company and execute it through various campaigns

- Constantly track impact metrics and derive insights to suggest necessary improvements

- Represent Praxia & utilise events, webinars, round-tables and all other relevant lead generation initiatives

- Stay in sync with the sales team, understand the market response and incorporate relevant feedback in the outreach process

Requirements :

- BBA/BTech or equivalent degree

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for cold calling

- A proven inside sales/outbound marketing experience of at least 1 year

- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process

- A natural ability to write to and speak with prospects

- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
