Job Description:

We are rapidly growing, and are looking for highly motivated sales professionals to join our team. We are looking for a talented and competitive manager who has the ability to accelerate the lead generation engine by relentlessly hunting for new leads through cold calling and warm call existing accounts in the pipeline aimed towards achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilities :

- Engage and strategize with senior-level executives at client companies to demonstrate how our services can drive revenue to their business.

- Develop new customer accounts, own complete sales cycle including techno-commercial prospecting, relationship management, PO signing, cross-selling and upselling to an existing account.

- Identifying appropriate prospects, setting appointments, making effective qualifying sales calls to close new business in all service categories offered.

- Develop a healthy sales pipeline that exceeds quota expectations.

- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

- Participation in Sales pipeline calls, weekly and monthly reviews.

- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.

- Utilise events, webinars, round tables and all other relevant lead generation initiatives.

- Stay in sync with the sales team, understand the market response and incorporate relevant feedback in the outreach process.

- Database building and updation.

Requirements:

- BBA/BTech or equivalent degree

- Minimum 5-6 Years of experience required in B2B IT Sales, Inside Sales of IT / Software /Infrastructure services.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for cold calling.

- A proven inside sales/outbound marketing experience of at least 2 years.
