Prashaste Group - Manager - Business Development (3-5 yrs)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITiES

- Client Acquisition (Generation of valid leads, setting up meetings for BD Head, follow-up with prospects and conversion) across business verticals training, consulting, audit, and certification, through events, visits, calls and digital marketing.

- Preparing PPTs & commercial proposals under the guidance of BD Head.

- Supporting BD Head in achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets for client acquisition and revenues.

- Client Relationship management

- Generation of additional revenues from existing clients

- Creating, maintaining and updating the database with complete customer profile in the CRM.

- Creating, managing and leveraging the network sites including website, Linked-in, FB, Twitter etc to optimize lead generation and conversion.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 3 to 5 years of experience in selling services, digital marketing & business development with a proven track record for contribution to business growth in terms of volumes and revenues.

- Excellent soft skills to communicate, convince and demonstrate value to clients/prospects.

- Experience in business development for consulting and / or training industries would be added advantage

- Result oriented and target driven approach

- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel.

- Excellent knowledge of MS PowerPoint & MS Excel

- High contact network

- Ability to adapt to the organization culture and value systems

CTC

Annual CTC of Rs 9 lacs comprising fixed CTC of Rs 6 lacs and performance-linked variable pay of Rs 3 lacs.
