Role & Responsibilities :
- Ensure seamless and end to end process flow from sales to possession of flats (all projects)
- Assist team in data updating in ERP
- Assist/handle disgruntled customers
- Determines action course/process to resolve customer problems
- Follow-up on out-standing customer dues
- Follow up with banks/financial institutes for APF
- Effectively collaborate with sales force queries and resolve pending data updating
