Job description : As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the sales and marketing strategies for US Market.

Responsibilities :

Reporting to the Head of Sales, your key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to :

- Have bottom line responsibility for revenue targets and sales in the US region.

- Oversee creating, planning and implementing the marketing and sales strategy for the region.

- Oversee achieving assigned order intake, margin and related objectives for the entire product portfolio.

- Drive evaluation of potential new and existing customers and their needs and lead the team in a proactive post-sales approach with a focus on solutions.

- Manage key accounts in the region to support business growth in the new system and services.

- Oversee market, competitive analysis, and market segment definition activities, ensuring the market is monitored by developing and maintaining efficient marketing tools.

- Monitor client financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams.

- Responsible for the development of local team members, and for building up a strong local & regional sales and marketing team.

- Coach, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates according to best practices. Drive and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.

- Take ownership of the sales processes and all relevant training and development plans, actions and programs.

Requirements :

- Minimum 5+ years of Experience in handling international clients and software sales.

- Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excel and accustomed to working in a highly competitive environment.

- Data-driven decision-making mindset and sound commercial intelligence to make good business judgments through strong analytical thinking.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build right working relationships with clients.
