Responsibilities :
1. Agent/officer Prahari Recruitment :
- Conduct and execute recruitment drives from various sources defence segment For agent/ Officer hiring and building a team
2. Business deliverables of monthly, quarterly and yearly Goal sheet targets
3. Build an influencer network in conjunction with agents/ Officer Prahari to approach units/Battalions for Sales Sami er presentations
4. Ensure effective follow up process in Units/Battalions post sales presentations
5. Maintain database of customers touched through sales seminar presentations
6. Maintain agents/Officer Prahari productivity as per business plan
7. Identify the training needs of the agent/Officer Prahari and work with trainers to improve the same
8. Maintain a pipeline of agent/Officer Prahari to execute atleast 1 requirement per quarter of each profile of distributor
