We are looking for a lead generation specialist who can leverage their expertise in deploying email campaigns, growth marketing, demand generation, and digital advertising to build a strategy that drives product awareness, increase online and offline lead generation, and builds the sales pipeline for new and expansion opportunities.

- This position is for Chatlets.ai, Pramati's next-generation sales chatbot which uses AI to deliver personalized conversational experiences to nurture B2B leads and boost website conversion rates.

Job description:

What you- ll do

- Research and develop targeted prospect lists. Build and execute personalized lead gen email campaigns to convert prospects as leads.

- Building scalable, effective campaigns that drive pipeline for new customers

- Have familiarity with all sources of growth data and the ability to quickly pull, integrate, and analyze data as needed to effectively evolve and inform the direction and nature of growth initiatives

- Developing and running new demand generation campaigns, campaigns for feature releases, and more

- Ability to drive growth initiatives across other areas such as digital marketing, SEO and PPC will be a plus.

- Working across sales and marketing to identify and build best in the class lead follow up processes

What you- ll need

- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing demand generation or direct campaign roles

- Strong Communication Skills for Executive Alignment and global team alignment

- Hands-on experience and expertise in B2B Marketing Best Practices - specifically Emai Marketing.

- Strong experience with marketing automation tools, content syndication tools.-

- Bias towards action

- Expertise in PPC, SEO and running social media campaigns is a plus

- Experience with a start-up or early-stage company would be a plus

- Ability to inspire others to action

- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker
